immaculate rooms and amazing buffet breakfast

respectful staff comfortable bed many options

the reception staff provided service beyond expectations. They were respectful and offered a small welcome treat. Rooms are perfect and have a large, comfortable bed. The shower is big, too. The buffet breakfast had many options.

i found the pool area smaller than it was in the pictures.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues

inconsistent service poor gym

The room itself was spacious enough.

I was quite frustrated by a few issues. The daily maid service was inconsistent. Beds were barely made and toiletries were not always replaced unless requested (this really should be automatic!). the gym was not a proper fitness room. It seemed like random pieces of equipment were placed there (I would have liked a better workout facility).

immaculate hotel huge breakfast friendly staff

i stayed for four nights and the location was great, with easy access to nearby places. the hotel maintained immaculate cleanliness throughout, especially the pool area. the breakfast selection was huge offering numerous options and the staff were friendly, helpful, and polite.

Our room included elephant towels upon arrival, folded by the housekeepers. A very special touch. the design was amazing for a couples retreat. It felt exquisite and convenient.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and good quality food. i found that the restaurant choices were good, with tasty food and prices comparable to local restaurants. the food was AMAZING!!!

the staff always remembered names and drink orders, showing a personal touch. ladies at the front desk were helpful from the beginning to the end of our trip. everyone offered morning greetings.

decent stay overall

warm welcome beach proximity hit-miss service unmade bed

the staff welcomed us warmly. the hotel is near the beach, about 7 minutes walk. the swimming pool features a nice jacuzzi. breakfast was also good.

The room was clean, but the daily maid service was a little hit and miss. the beds were barely made. Just the duvet was pulled back over. toilet rolls were not replaced unless i asked.
